Partner hotels ranging from 3★ to 5★ within 1 km of the venue at negotiated conference rates.
Visa & entry
Many nationalities enter Thailand visa-free for up to 30 days for conference attendance. Delegates requiring an entry visa may request an official letter of invitation from the ARAHE 2027 Secretariat after registration is confirmed.
Please check current requirements with the Royal Thai Embassy in your country at least three months before travel.
Climate
August in Bangkok is warm and humid, with temperatures of 27–33°C and occasional afternoon rain. Business-casual attire is suitable indoors; light layers are recommended for air-conditioned venues.
Traditional or national dress is warmly welcomed during the opening ceremony and cultural night.
