Policies
Cancellation. Refund of 70% before 30 April 2027; 50% before 15 June 2027; no refunds after 30 June 2027. Substitutions are welcome.
Invoicing. Official receipts and VAT invoices will be issued from the participant portal within 7 days of confirmed payment.
Visa support. Letters of invitation are issued to delegates with a paid registration on request.
